Our designers will call to set up a appointment with you the potential client. We walk through or house or property and discuss your ideas and priorites of your project. At this meeting we decide if a design is necessary or you the client might just need a cost assessment. If a design is needed a written proposal will be made. The cost of the design and how long the process would take will be included. If the Proposal is accepted the designer will prepare a perliminary plan. The plan will then be presented to the client and then if any, changes can be made at that time. If there are changes to be made a second will be set up with the client to go over the revised drawings. After accepting the perliminary drawings the designer can then make the Perliminary Drawings into Construction Drawings. Once the Construction drawings are completed the plans are ready to go to County for Permitting.
